Service Description
Let's connect with ourselves and each other in strength and unity. Enjoy a holistic class with deep breathing, postures, and meditation. Suggested Props: Yoga Mat Yoga Blocks or cans of soup/beans/tomatos Yoga Strap or scarf, belt, small towel Yoga Bolster or pillow from the couch or bed Blanket to support your knees and to also roll up and use in stretches to support the body.
